Carly Garr is an award-winning design leader with over 10 years of design magic under her belt. Starting out in the world of Branding and Graphic Design, she eventually found her true calling in UX, and she’s been crafting insightful digital experiences ever since (well, for the last 9 years anyway!) These days, Carly is part of the Global Experience Design Team at Universal Destinations & Experiences, where she helps to lead design thinking and execution for Global UX Products; all the way from the U.S. to Japan. Before that, she was bringing bold ideas to life as a Senior Visual Designer at NBC Sports, creating best-in-class designs for GolfNow, Golf Channel, and golf courses across the globe. Over the years, she’s teamed up with big names like Comcast, Warner Brothers, Nintendo, Visa, DreamWorks, and more!

Her work has earned her a Webby Award and a spotlight at Google I/O and Fluttercon, where she was featured for her design work on in-park Food & Beverage Ordering Kiosks.
